Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Tracking numbers are used to help you follow the progress of your order immediately after payment is made; so you are kept up-to-date on the process.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. REFUNDS
Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of returned items. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the listed conditions are not met, LIQUID BLENZ, INC. reserves the right to refuse a refund.
